Policies and Terms for Makeup Services
I strive to provide excellent service and ensure a smooth experience for all of my clients. In order to secure a confirmed appointment, all clients must agree to the terms and conditions and provide an electronic signature along with a deposit.
Please carefully review the following policies:
COVID-19
With the pandemic, we all have taken the necessary precautions and steps in order to keep us all safe the last couple of years.
With all appointments I will be wearing a mask, if you do not wish for this then we won't be able to book an appointment .
The work area will be sanitized like chairs, tools, any overall surface area and equipment. Will all be fully sanitized and clean before the start of the appointment including the makeup and brushes.
If you are sick prior to appointment please CANCEL the appointment 4 hours before start time and we will reschedule after 3 weeks from date with a negative test result. If notice is given after the 4 hour gap your deposit and any additional fees to the package will be forfeited.
If you show up to your appointment sick with any symptoms, you will be asked to leave and your appointment will be canceled and your deposit and any other additional fees to the package will be forfeited.We will reschedule 3 weeks from date with a negative test result.
BOOKING
For any bookings from individual to group packages to be vaid.
It must be finialized between me and the client with a fully signed contract with both signatures and date from the two parties with agreed time,date and pricing with acknowledgement of policies and guidelines.
Every booking will come with its own copy of policies and all signed paperwork.
TRAVELING
For those who are booking for me to travel to you for any of my services.I will send you the cost of distance with mileage attached, to be reviewed and signed for.
Please when booking, list in the comments/message that you would want me to come to you vise coming to my studio for the appointment.
CONTRACTS
All packages have a contract of its own.
They will be provided to be reviewed and finalized before confirmation of appointment.
DEPOSITS
Every booking/appointment requires a deposit.
Every deposit is a percentage of your package total, an email will be sent stating the price and policies with payment information.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable!
Your deposit will go towards your package grand total!
Deposit and policies must be completed with payment and e-signatures by a given due date to have an appointment with me.
This helps me as a Makeup Artist to book accordingly and to limit the amount of cancellations as much as possible.
LATENESS,CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
When booking for your appointment the date and time will be confirmed via method of contact with the policy PDF and deposit along with confirmation message.
If you are Late..
After 10 minutes late past start time, your deposit is still 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
but your appointment will be forfeited and canceled.
If you are under 10 minutes late,your deposit is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and a fee of $10 will be added to your total. This will be due to me now being late for other bookings and having to accommodate those other bookings . If your booking/appointments is time sensitive you will be aware in your contract of not having an option to the late fee/option.
Cancellations if occurs, your deposit is still 100% NON-REFUNDABLE . But NON-TRANSFERABLE for another booking if cancellation is 24 hours before appointment.you will be charged the remaining balance of your package.
No-shows, if you do not show to your appointment your deposit is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. you will be charged the remaining balance of your package as well.
PREPPING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Before the appointment, please clean skin of any makeup or substance.This will help your appointment starting and finishing on time.
I highly recommend getting a facial at a spa or adding that service to your package. A facial has multiple
benefits of being a booster to skin health, brings longevity to makeup and so much more!
For facial appointments please arrive with clean fresh skin as well.
Only the bridal packages have the facial service included in the package.
CODE OF CONDUCT
During appointment no outside guests are allowed 6ft from the appointment setup, unless they are also getting serviced as well.
Children aren't allowed to be present during appointments.
This limits the amount of people inside in proximity and lowers the risk of covid-19 and any transferable viruses and sickness.
As a makeup artist I strictly do not allow any type of hate speech, foul language/slang, discrimation and negative comments on all backgrounds inculding race,ethnicity, culture,education level, immigration/citizen status, sex,age,size, family status,political belief, mental and phyically ability,relgion,gender identity,sexual orientation, social and economic groups,social activist groups/organizations and or persons.
I follow a strict code of ethics and a no judgment policy.
This is to ensure everyone including myself is comfortable and not disrespected in any way. We all want to make the world a better place, so as adults please do not let your words and actions show otherwise.
If any policies including this one are broken and not followed I do have the right to refuse service and leave appointments.
If this were to occur you will be 100% charged for services, travel fee and your deposit will still be non-refundable and non-transferable.
Due to the situation you will be blocked from ever having another appointment. you will be sent an email of this with attached reasoning.
During times like this it's hard to not be opinionated, everyone has the right to their own opinions but that doesn't allow anyone to not act or speak in a professional manner .
This does apply to every package, and everyone in those packages.
